Restocking Fees

  • Orders under $99: 15% restocking fee will be deducted
  • Orders $99 and above: No restocking fee
  • Restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns only
  • Does not apply to damaged or incorrect items

  • Include photos of damaged items
  • We'll provide specific return instructions
  • No restocking fee applies
  • We will cover all shipping costs for sending you a replacement item
  • Full refund including original shipping fees (only applies when ordering a single item)
  • We take full responsibility for damaged or incorrect items

Abandoned Parcels

  • Unclaimed packages returned to us cannot receive full refund
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount
  • Customer is responsible for all return-related costs

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Shipping fees (except for damaged/incorrect single-item orders)

Exchanges Instead of direct exchanges, we recommend:

  1. Return unwanted item using our free return label
  2. Place new order for desired item (This ensures faster processing)
