This does exactly what it said it would. Simple and effective. If you’re on the fence about removing crema or not, know that you don’t have to do it every time. You might retain it for espresso or espresso cocktails, but remove for Americanos. It’s a very cost effective way of being able to test that.

Very useful and works well
I really love this cup, it removes the bitter crema so you can enjoy a great cup of espresso. I just ordered a second one for my son.
