Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment is processed, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase or if you receive an email notifying you of a delay. Cancel Your Order
Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before processing begins, whichever comes first.
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to assist with cancellation. Please contact our Customer Support Team immediately with your order number, and we'll check the order status.
If the order has already been processed for shipping, we cannot cancel it, but you may return the item according to our return policy.
Change Your Shipping Method After Placing an Order
Once an order is placed, the shipping method cannot be changed. Please double-check your selection before completing your purchase.
Track Your Order
After placing your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from Lastaforest. Click the tracking number in the email to view the latest tracking updates for your package.
Didn't Receive Your Package
If your package appears to be lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution.
Issues After Your Order Has Been Delivered
If you experience any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 business days of receiving your order, providing a detailed description of the issue and any relevant photos or documentation.
Common issues include:
- Damaged items in the package
- Missing or incorrect items in your order
- Package marked as delivered by the courier, but not received
Delivery Address
A complete and accurate delivery address is essential. Once an order is prepared for shipment, the address cannot be changed.
Package Delivery: Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. However, carriers may hold packages at local facilities or reschedule delivery if they determine it's unsafe to leave the package unattended.
Recommendation: Provide a shipping address where you or someone else will be available to accept the package (work address, friend's address, etc.).
Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We will contact you for address correction
- First reshipment: We cover the cost if the error was on our end
- Customer address errors: Additional shipping fee applies for reshipment
- Please ensure your order includes a daytime phone number
Undeliverable Packages: If carriers return packages to us as undeliverable, please contact us within 30 days to arrange reshipment.

All prices on our website do not include duties and taxes. We only charge for products and shipping fees.

We strive to ship all items together when possible. However, we may use different shipping methods for different products, so items may arrive separately. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
2. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible before the order ships. Contact us immediately if you need to change your address. Once shipped, addresses cannot be modified.
Important: Orders canceled more than 2 hours after placement may incur restocking fees. If a package is lost due to customer-provided incorrect addresses, we'll work with you to find a solution, which may include reshipment for an additional fee.
3. What if I receive a different product than what I ordered?
