Feels well made. Nice wood handle. Can't speak to the basket because I don't have enough experience there but it seems good.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 2.9 / 5 from 14 reviews.
Well packaged, nicely made and comes with a filter basket..
The ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip, making it easy to control the portafilter while tamping the coffee grounds. The stainless steel construction not only adds to its durability but also gives it a sleek and modern look.
Awesome
The quality is very poor.
It has not arrived and it's being more than a month since I ordered it. On top of that I have been denied of a total refund, so technically I've been scammed
This is a very poor portafilter.
Visually the handle is great, with a lovely texture and warmth, however the threading where it connects to the head failed after only a few uses. Leaving it loosely fitting and nearly impossible to use. I had to glue the product together which is unfortunate at this price point. Maybe if the screw portion was slightly longer to give it more rigidity or durability this would have been higher to rate.
The screw to connect the handle and portafilter is loose, the handle wobbles and turns continuously, it’s the worst money I’ve ever spent.
The screw to connect the handle and the portafilter wobbles, the wood handle itself acts as if the screw is threaded resulting in it spinning around and its basically unusable. Im so dissapointed in the quality of this product.
The handle is always coming unscrewed from the portafilter every time I put it on my machine or take it off. It feels like it is going to break
How did it go?….it didn’t! The handle supposedly screws into the filter basket holder. Trouble is the handle will not tighten which makes the filter basket swing freely rendering it practically useless. The handle does have a nice feel but that’s little consolation. Poor product, wasted money.
If you are looking to up your coffee game, this is a great addition.
The disassembly is straightforward, allowing for a thorough cleaning after each use. I appreciate the attention to detail in the design, as it reflects a commitment to both functionality and aesthetics.
