As our manufacturing and logistics partners in Asia prepare to celebrate the Lunar New Year (the biggest holiday of the year in the region), we would like to inform you of the upcoming changes to our shipping schedule.
We remain open for business, and you can still place orders during this time. However, please review the timeline below to understand when your coffee tools will arrive.
📅 The Holiday Schedule
To ensure transparency, here are the key dates regarding your order processing:

Orders placed on or before February 5th: These orders will be processed and handed over to the shipping carrier before the holiday shutdown. They should travel through the network as normal.

Orders placed from February 6th to February 24th: Our store is open and we welcome your orders! However, please note that shipment is paused during this period. Your order will be securely held in our queue.

Operations Resume on February 25th: Our fulfillment teams return to work. We will begin processing all pending orders in the order they were received. Please allow 3-5 business days for the backlog to clear and for your tracking number to update.

1. Can I still order during the holiday? Yes, absolutely! Our website is fully operational. If you are not in a rush and want to secure your items (especially our popular coffee accessories), we recommend ordering now so your package is first in line when we reopen.
2. Why is there a delay? The Lunar New Year is a significant event where factories, warehouses, and international courier services suspend operations for about two weeks to allow workers to travel home to their families. This affects all global shipments coming from the region.
3. Will customer support be available? Yes. While our warehouse team is away, our support team is still here to answer your emails. However, please understand that we cannot speed up the shipping process during the dates mentioned above.
4. When will I receive my tracking number? If you order during the holiday pause (Feb 6 - Feb 24), you will receive your order confirmation immediately, but your shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent starting from February 25th onwards.
