Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • In original packaging with tags attached.
  • Unworn and unused.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU Free — we provide a prepaid return label.
All other countries Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

  • Orders under $99: 15% restocking fee (for change-of-mind returns only).
  • Orders $99 and above: No restocking fee.
  • Damaged or incorrect items: No restocking fee.
  • EU customers: No restocking fee applies during the withdrawal period under EU consumer law.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

Return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item — this ensures the fastest processing time.

Exceptions & Special Conditions

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately at contact@lastaforest.com with clear photos of the issue. We cover all associated costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping (applicable for single-item orders only).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Original shipping fees (except for damaged/incorrect single-item orders, and except for EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal — standard outbound shipping is refunded for EU orders).

Abandoned Parcels

Unclaimed packages that are returned to us cannot receive a full refund. Any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund amount.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason.

Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item(s). We will refund the full order amount including standard outbound shipping within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods. No restocking fee applies.
